Love at the Center is more than a phrase — it’s a reminder that everything in life, from sacred geometry to self-love and healing, begins and ends with love.
The Sacred Symbol: The Flower of Life (and the Legacy of da Vinci)
At first glance, the Flower of Life might look like a beautiful geometric pattern — a series of interlocking circles arranged like petals.
But this ancient symbol is much more than decorative. It has been found across the globe, etched into stone at the Temple of Osiris in Egypt, in early synagogues in Galilee, and in spiritual artwork from China to India to Celtic Europe.
It represents:
• The blueprint of life
• The interconnectedness of all living things
• The underlying order of the universe — both seen and unseen
But perhaps one of the most fascinating modern connections comes from Leonardo da Vinci himself.
Leonardo da Vinci and Sacred Geometry
Da Vinci was more than an artist — he was a scientist, engineer, mystic, and seeker. His notebooks are filled with explorations of geometry, proportion, and symmetry — and yes, sketches of the Flower of Life and its components.
He didn’t just draw what he saw — he tried to understand the underlying structure of creation.
Da Vinci dissected the Flower of Life to study the mathematical ratios it contained, which relate to the Golden Ratio (φ) — the same divine proportion found in seashells, galaxies, sunflower spirals, and the human body.

You’ve probably seen his iconic Vitruvian Man — a figure of perfect proportion inside a circle and square, symbolizing harmony between humanity and the cosmos.
To da Vinci, geometry wasn’t just math — it was a sacred language: a bridge between body, mind, and universe.
When we place a heart at the center of the Flower of Life, we do something da Vinci might have appreciated deeply:
Blending art with science. Emotion with geometry. Love with structure.
It becomes not just beautiful … but meaningful.
Personal Connection + Dream Vision + Love at the Center
I’ve always been drawn to the Flower of Life — those intertwined circles feel both mysterious and comforting to me. I have decals, journals, and little keepsakes with the symbol on them, as if surrounding myself with its quiet harmony.

When we were first designing our logo, we were going in a completely different direction. Then one night, I dreamed of it — clear as day — the Flower of Life with a heart at the center.
I woke up the next morning and just knew.
It wasn’t a design decision; it was a download — a moment of clarity that felt guided.
That was the moment Love Gratitude Joy found its true symbol.
Lifelong Fascination with Sacred Geometry
I’ve always been drawn to sacred geometry and symbols — long before I knew why.
Even in high school, I remember feeling a quiet knowing that I should be studying quantum physics, fascinated by the unseen patterns that shape our world. But then calculus happened, and that curiosity got buried under formulas. Still, that pull toward pattern and meaning never left.
The Flower of Life felt like the visual language of what I couldn’t yet explain — proof that art, science, and spirit are all connected.
And that’s where our story meets the symbol — not just ancient geometry, but a living reminder of what we stand for.
Why We Placed a Heart at the Center
Designing this symbol for Love Gratitude Joy, we asked ourselves:
What’s at the center of our lives now? What do we always want to come back to?
The answer was immediate: Love.
Not just romantic love or fluffy feelings — but unconditional love. The kind that heals, forgives, connects, and remembers who we really are when we’ve forgotten.
Placing a heart in the center of this ancient, cosmic symbol felt like saying:
“Yes, life is sacred. But it’s also personal.”
“Yes, we are all connected. And love is the thread.”

It’s our reminder — to ourselves and to anyone who sees it — that love is the guiding force behind everything we do.
And at the deepest level, that begins with self-love — remembering that we can only give freely to others what we first offer to ourselves.
Quantum Physics and Vibration
Quantum physics — the science exploring matter and energy at the smallest scales — reveals something astonishing: everything is vibration.
What looks like solid form is actually energy moving in patterns of possibility. Particles behave as both waves and matter, flickering in and out of being, responding to observation and intention.
Energy isn’t continuous but comes in tiny packets called quanta — bursts of frequency and light. These same principles shape everything from modern electronics to the invisible field connecting all living things.
Then there’s entanglement — the phenomenon Einstein called “spooky action at a distance.” Two particles can become so connected that what happens to one instantly influences the other, no matter how far apart they are. Science calls it entanglement; mystics call it oneness.
In simple terms, entanglement means connection so deep that distance stops mattering. Change one thing, and another responds — instantly, invisibly. You’ve probably felt it: the phone rings just as you think of someone, or a friend texts you out of the blue when you need them most. That’s the quantum field in daily life — a web of energy linking everything, everywhere, all at once.
Quantum physics also reminds us of the observer effect — that awareness itself shapes reality. The energy we bring to what we observe matters. When we choose to see with love, gratitude, and curiosity, we tune the field around us toward balance and possibility.
This is where Dr. Bruce Lipton’s work comes alive — showing that our beliefs and emotions can shift not just the energy around us, but the biology within us.
From Quantum Fields to Cellular Healing
Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research takes these same quantum principles and brings them right into our own biology. A stem-cell biologist by training, he discovered that it isn’t our genes that control our destiny, but our perception of the environment around those genes. In his groundbreaking book The Biology of Belief, Lipton explains that our cells are like little tuning forks — constantly reading the energetic signals from our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
When we live in fear, our cells receive that signal and shift into protection mode, focusing on survival. But when we live in love, gratitude, and joy, our biology moves into growth and healing. It’s a cellular reflection of the observer effect — our awareness shaping not only what we see, but what we become. When we choose to see with love, gratitude, and curiosity, we tune the field around us — and within us — toward balance, healing, and possibility.
Lipton reminds us that the mind is not confined to the brain; it extends through every cell of the body. Each thought and emotion acts like a broadcast, sending frequencies that inform how our biology expresses itself. In that way, love is more than an emotion — it’s a signal that literally reprograms life at the cellular level.
Sound Healing and Cymatics
The Flower of Life expresses that same truth in visual form — a geometry of interconnectedness.
For anyone new to the idea, sacred geometry is simply the study of the repeating patterns that appear everywhere in nature — from the spirals of a seashell to the symmetry of a snowflake or the orbit of planets. These shapes aren’t just pretty; they’re the language of creation, showing how energy naturally organizes into harmony.
And that brings us back to Dr. Masaru Emoto’s work — he showed that words and emotions can create these same harmonious patterns in water. When he exposed water to positive words like love and gratitude, the crystals formed intricate, symmetrical designs. Negative words, on the other hand, produced chaotic shapes.
His research revealed something profound: vibration responds to intention. Sound, thought, and emotion don’t just move through us — they shape us. Since our bodies are mostly water, the patterns we project through our words and feelings ripple into our own biology.
Frequency is how that harmony moves — the vibration or rhythm that everything in the universe carries. You can’t always see it, but you can feel it in music, the hum of the earth, or even the pulse of your own heartbeat.
Cymatics, the study of sound waves creating patterns in matter, makes this visible: when sound moves through sand, water, or air, it organizes into perfect symmetry — sacred geometry in motion. Sound isn’t just heard; it’s seen, felt, and shaping everything around us.

Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiments revealed something similar: emotion and intention influence how water crystals form. Words like love and gratitude produced symmetrical, luminous structures, while negative words created distorted patterns. Since the human body is mostly water, his research suggests that our thoughts and sound frequencies can literally transform us from the inside out.
As we explored in The Gratitude List — The Frequency of Water, Dr. Emoto’s work showed how love and gratitude shape water and energy.
The Biology of Belief — Where Science Meets Spirit
Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research takes these same quantum principles and brings them right into our own bodies.
A cell biologist turned consciousness explorer, he discovered that our perceptions and emotions don’t just color our experience — they influence our biology itself.
At the quantum level, atoms aren’t solid particles but tiny spinning force fields of energy.
What we think of as “matter” is really energy in motion — and that means our bodies are fields of vibration, constantly responding to the environment around us.
Through his groundbreaking work in epigenetics, Lipton showed that our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions can literally turn genes on or off.
Consciousness directs biology.
When we choose love, gratitude, and joy — when we calm the mind and lift our emotional frequency — our cells receive that signal. They shift from defense to growth, from survival to healing.

Lipton often says that our biology mirrors our beliefs.
This bridges the ancient and the modern — science and spirituality finally speaking the same language.
It’s the same message encoded in the Flower of Life, in sacred sound, and in the heartbeat of the universe itself: everything is connected, and what we hold at our center radiates outward.
The Energetic Message: Love vs. Fear
Many teachers and traditions say there are only two core energies in the universe: Love and Fear.
Everything else is a branch.
When we live from fear, we contract — we protect, compare, judge, and control.
When we live from love, we expand — we trust, create, forgive, and connect.
Self-love is where that expansion begins. It’s not ego or vanity; it’s the quiet choice to honor your worth, your body, your time, and your truth. When love is directed inward, it naturally radiates outward — healing relationships, softening fear, and reminding us that we are already whole.
So when we say Love is at the center of all creation, it’s not just poetic. It’s a choice. A truth. A way of moving through the world.
Our logo is a visual anchor — a touchstone, a quiet whisper that says:
You can return to love.
You can re-center.
You can choose again.
The Mantra Behind Our Logo
At the heart of our logo is more than just a shape — it’s a promise.
The Flower of Life has long represented the blueprint of creation, the interconnectedness of all things, and the infinite possibilities of the universe.
By placing a heart at its center, we rooted that sacred pattern in something deeply human:
Love. Gratitude. Joy.
This symbol tells our story — how healing began when we chose love over fear, how we transformed our lives by clearing what no longer served us, and how we now share our journey to remind others that:
Healing is possible.
Love is powerful.
And joy is not the end — it’s the way.
When you lead with love, live in gratitude, and choose joy, you realign with your true nature — and anything is possible.
An Invitation
If this resonates with you… it’s not by accident.
You were probably drawn here because you’re on your own journey — of healing, of remembering, of choosing to live more aligned with your values and your heart.
Ask yourself — what’s at the center of my life right now?
And if the answer isn’t love… you can always return to it.
That’s the gift of being human — we get to choose again.
And again.
And again.
Reflection
As we journey through symbols, stories, and soul truths, one reminder always rises to the surface:
What we place at the center shapes everything else.
Whether it’s love, fear, beauty, or chaos — the center radiates outward.
And the gift is this: we get to choose. Again and again.
So today, may we pause, breathe, and realign with what truly matters.
Let love lead.
Coming Full Circle
From quantum fields to sacred geometry to the simple rhythm of a heartbeat, it all leads back to one truth — love is the organizing force behind life itself.
Quote to Carry With You
“Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else.”
-LEONARDO DA VINCI
Today’s Gratitude Prompt
What would shift in your life if you placed love — including self-love — at the center of your thoughts, your relationships, and your healing?
Take a moment to reflect. Write it down. Or simply whisper a thank-you for one way love has already shown up for you today — perhaps in the way you’ve begun to speak more kindly to yourself.
